The doctor decided that I needed to get a tetnes shot since I haven't had one since the age of twelve. Also, I have a cyst on the top of my head that I need to have dermatologist look at and potentially remove. Yay.

In other news, Ben and I got engaged! <3

If you didn't already know this, from following my twitter/facebook accounts or talking to me in real life, I apologize for not saying something, but am curious as to what rock you live under to be able to avoid information so effectively. I might consider vacationing there.

In other, other news, I am back into video editing, specifically of the wedding variety. With the same company I worked for two years ago.

Apparently, awesome work ethics are memorable.

Good to know.

Also, making a decent chunk of change more than I was at the mall, and the best part is, NO WEEKENDS.

They are allowing me to be editing staff without being shooting staff. An exception made only for me.

I feel important.

But also tired. The commute is exhausting.

I no longer have the energy for complex sentences. Tonight.

From here on out, I think I might use this journal exclusively for bad habits fandom stuff (art, fic, icons, banners, sigtags, etc.) Generally, I'll stick these things under a cut, so if that's not something you're interested in, I won't bombard your Friend's Page with it.

Actually, I decided to go ahead and make myself a Fandom Journal. So, fandom stuff will go there and this will remain primary account ♥

So, we got the house <3

It's amazing and was TOTALLY worth the wait. (Though seriously, don't put yourself through a short sale if you don't have to. The wait was AGONIZING).

Now all I need to do is get through finals and find another job. Mine still sucks and now I live farther from it :\

STILL waiting for news on the house. Bank of America moves at the speed of a slug trying to scale a wall while forgetting to compensate for gravity. JUST TELL ME ALREADY U_U

In other news, this week is midterms! I hope I do well O_O I have a paper to write on my "current VFX hero" and I have NO IDEA who I should even focus on. I am TERRIFIED of this paper. ~_~ The actual exam won't be that bad, I don't think. Ironically, the history class is the one giving me issues, and the studio is a breeze O-o Grad school is weird.

Work schedule for the week is as follows:
Sun, 3/14: 9-11 am (mandatory meeting)
Mon, 3/15: OFF
Tue, 3/16: 10-6
Wed, 3/17: 10-1 (this is Natalia's birthday!)
Thur, 3/18: OFF
Fri, 3/19: OFF
Sat, 3/20: 3-9:30 pm

I really would like a new job *_*

Ben and I took a trip down to the National Zoo to take some pictures with my SLR. Some of them turned out pretty great. Also, I really <3 the zoo.

I need to get more regular exercise though. Wow, am I OUT OF SHAPE D:

In other news, I think I am finally over being sick! Considering that I have been down for the count since WEDNESDAY of LAST WEEK, that's an accomplishment. Whatever that was, NOT FUN. Don't bring your kids places sick, people. PLEASE.

But, I at least negotiated some much needed time off.

And I still have an income!

I'm still in the mall...which sucks (get lives, people! there are other places to shop!) but I'm not incomeless in the middle of trying to buy a house with Ben.

Which is a good thing.

Tomorrow, when I go in to work, I am going to tell them that I am going to leave before Christmas. And I am not going to feel one bit bad about it.
